Stasiun Kernel Pabrik Sawit

Apa kegunaan kernel sawit terhadap pengolahan kelapa sawit? Terdapat banyak diantara kegunaan yang di hasilkan dari penggunaan mesin press kernel. Pada kernel sawit ini, kegunaaan kernel sawit tersebut di lakukan sesudah proses penyortiran, lalu perebusan, penebah dan proses pemurnian minyak. Sesudah beberapa tahapan itu, barulah masuk ketahapan proses dari pengolahan biji maupun lebih sering disebut sebagai kernel station. Beberapa tahapan yang telah disebutkan dengan singkat pada bagian atas tadi, khususnya sesudah di proses pengepresan, maka lahan kelapa sawit ini juga akan menghasilkan bagian crude oil dan fiber. Pada bagian fibernya akan masuk ke station kernel serta untuk tahapan pengolahannya akan dijelaskan pada uraian dibawah ini :

  • Cakes breaking coveyor (CBC), memiliki fungsi dari alat ini yaitu dapat membawa serta memecahkan pada bagian gumpalan cake berasal dari bagian press kebagian depericaper.
  • Depericaper, depericarper pabrik kelapa sawit tersebut mempunyai fungsi untuk memisahkan bagian fiber bersama bagian nut. Lalu untuk bagian foiberakan di bawa sehingga menjadi bahan bakar terhadap bagian boiler, juga banyak di katakan orang sebagai chicago blower Indonesia. Memiliki fungsi kerja dari mesin ini sangat ditentukan sesuai dengan berat massa. Seperti halnya juga terhadap berat massa (fiber) lebih ringan, maka akan terhisap juga oleh bagian fan tan. Bagian ini sering kali juga disebut dengan novenco fan and heater. Untuk massa yang mempunyai ukuran lebih berat (nut), maka akan masuk menuju bagian drum nut polishing. Jenis drum tersebut mempunyai berbagai macam fungsi berguna sekali dalam pengolahan sawit, dibawah ini beberapa fungsi yang dimilikinya yaitu :
  1. Bisa digunakan untuk membersihkan biji dari bagian serabut yang tentunya masih melekat.
  2. Bisa membawa bagian nut kedepericarper serta kemudian mengantarkannya sampai bagian nut transfort.
  3. Membantu memisahkan nut dari bagian sampah.
  4. Bisa memisahkan gradasi dari bagian nut.
  • Nut silo, memiliki fungsi dari alat ini yaitu sebagai sebuah tempat untuk penyimpanan sementara sebelum bagian nut memasuki tahap proses pembuatan berikutnya. Apabila proses pemecahan nut dengan nut creaker, maka harus dilengkapi juga dengan system pemanasan (heater) seperti yang telah disebutkan di bagian atas tadi.
  • Ripple milk, sebuah alat yang memiliki fungsi dapat memecahkan bagian nut. Di bagian alat ini terdiri dari bagian rotor bergerak serta bagian yang diam. Sementara untuk nut umumnya masuk diantara rotor dari ripple plate, hingga mereka saling membentur kemudian cangkangnya bisa pecah dengan mudah dari nut tersebut.
  • Claybath, merupakan bagian dari mesin press kernelyang memiliki fungsi untuk dapat memisahkan bagian cangkang dan inti sawit yang pecah dalam keadaan berat serta ukuran yang besar hampir sama. Dengan kata lain, proses pemisahan tersebut dilakukan juga sesuai dengan perbedaan berat jenis yang dimilikinya.
  • Kernel dryer, dibagian ini mempunyai fungsi untuk dapat mengurangi tingkat kadar air yang memiliki kandungan pada bagian inti produksi kelapa sawit yang dihasilkan olehnya.
  • Kernel storange, sebagai suatu bagian akhir dengan kegunaaan kernel sawit khususnya pada tahapan statiun kernel. Fungsi dari bagian tersebut adalah sebagai tempat untuk dapat menyimpan inti produksi dilakukan sebelum dikirim pada bagian luar maupun sebelum minyak kelapa tersebut dijual kepasar di luar pabrik.
