Perawatan Turbin Uap Pabrik Sawit
Pabrik kelapa sawit atau yang sering di singkat PKS merupakan salah satu pabrik atau industri yang bisa dibilang cukup besar, bahkan industri kelapa sawit ini adalah salah satu sektor pemasukan ekonomi negara. Salah satu mesin yang biasa digunakan untuk menunjang terlaksananya pengolahan kelapa sawit yang berfungsi mengalirkan energi listrik dengan cara konversi adalah mesin turbin uap. Oleh karena itu, turbin menjadi salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dan harus di rawat serta dilakukan pengecekkan secara rutin pada setiap spare partnya. - Selalu lakukan pengecekan terhadap minyak pelumas mesin turbin, jangan sampai minyak pelumasnya mengalami kekurangan, karena akan mengganggu proses pengolahan kelapa sawit serta akan berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran mesin lainnya.
- Jangan pernah menghidupkan turbin secara berulang, jika turbin masih dalam keadaan berputar. Tunggulah hingga turbin berhenti berputar, maka kamu bisa menghidupkan kembali turbinnya jika terjadi air circuit breaker trip serta turbin juga trip.
- Jika terjadi suatu hal yang berbahaya atau keadaan darurat seperti adanya kebakaran, maka hentikanlah turbin dengan menggunakan emergency switch.
- Minyak pelumas turbin biasanya memiliki waktu atau batas waktunya hingga harus diganti dengan yang baru. Biasanya minyak pelumas turbin berusia 1 tahun atau setelah beroperasi selama 8000 jam. Maka inilah saatnya turbn melakukan pergantina minyak pelumas. Hal ini bisa menjadi langkah antisipasi agar nanti tidak perlu melakukan servis turbin pabrik sawit yang tentunya juga akan bisa menghambat proses pengolahan pabrik.
- Jika turbin sedang tidak akan di hidupkan, maka janganlah sekali kali membuka bagian main inlet steam velve dan juga bagian exhaust steam valve.
- Jika keadaan uap masih basah, atau masih mengandung adanya butiran-butiran air, maka jangan dulu menghidupkan turbin. Tunggulah hingga uap atau butiran-butiran air tersebut berubah menjadi uap jenuh atau uap kering, barulah kemudian kamu bisa memulai menghidupkan turbin.
Turbin merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang akan mampu menghasilkan energi listrik dengan kekuatan besar. Dengan demikian perawatan adalah hal yang sangat perlu dan harus selalu diperhatikan. Proses merawat turbin uap pabrik sawit ini, bisa dengan cara melakukan pengecekan turbin harian, pengecekan mingguan, pengecekan bulanan, bahkan pengecekkan tahunan. Intinya, semuanya harus dilakukan degan baik dan teratur demi menjaga performa mesin dan juga turbin agar proses pengolahan kelapa sawit tetap berjalan secara optimal.
