Dan alat yang sangat membutuhkan energi dari adanya uap adalah turbin uap untuk penggerak generatornya, selain itu juga alat yang membutuhkan uap seperti pada bagian sterilizer dan stasiun pemurnian minyak atau klarifikasi.
Banyak sekali produsen yang Jual boiler uap pabrik sawit dengan kualitas dan mutu terjamin, sehingga kinerja yang akan dihasilkan di pabrik pun akan maksimal. Dengan menggunakan mesin uap yang berkualitas baik maka tentunya masa mesin atau masa penggunaan mesin pun akan semakin lama sehingga tak perlu terlalu sering mendapatkan kendala yang membutuhkan adanya Servis boiler uap pabrik kelapa sawit.

Penggunaan ketel uap atau boiler memiliki beberapa spesifikasi yang pada umumnya banyak di gunakan pada perusahaan atau pabrik pengolah kelapa sawit. Dan adapun beberapa spesifikasinya adalah sebagai berikut:
- Ketel uap (boiler) di pabrik sawit pada umumnya memiliki kapasitas uap sekitar 20 ton uap/jam
- Tekanan yang dibutuhkan adalah 20 kg/jam
- Temperatur uap yang dibutuhkan adalah 2800 celcius
- Temperatur pada air umpan adalah 900 celcius
- Untuk efisiensi ketel uap adalah sebanyak 75%
- Untuk bahan bakar dengan serabut sebanyak 75%
- Untuk bahan bakar dengan cangkang sebanyak 25%

Melihat betapa pentingnya peran ketel uap atau boiler pada pabrik sawit, maka tentunya perawatan terhadap steam maupun alat penghasil uap ini perlu untuk di lakukan.
