Hal ini tentunya akan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dari mesin produksi tersebut. Sehingga, minyak sawit yang dihasilkan lebih berkualitas dan bermutu tinggi.

Selain sumber utama pabrik sawit menghasilkan minyak, ternyata ada manfaat lain yang bisa didapatkan dari pengolahan ini. Salah satunya yaitu cangkang atau tempurung sawit yang memiliki banyak manfaat. Kandungan di dalam cangkang ini cukup beragam, mulai dari kadar abu yang minim, intensitas kadar air lembab, dan karbon aktif.
Karena unsur tersebut, tak heran jika cangkang sawit dijadikan bahan yang cukup bermanfaat hingga diekspor ke mancanegara. Pandangan cangkang yang semula hanya berupa limbah, kini bisa memiliki daya guna yang cukup tinggi. Pasalnya, cangkang sawit bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan baku arang, bahan bakar boiler, hingga campuran pakan ternak.
3. Mesin Pemisah Cangkang Sawit Dari Kotoran Dan Besi
Mesin pemisah cangkang juga berfungsi untuk menghilangkan kotoran dan besi. Mesin ini berperan penting agar menghasilkan kualitas minyak yang bagus sesuai standar pabrik. Mengingat kinerja mesin ini yang cukup intensif, maka perlu dilakukan perawatan yang cukup intensif agar mesin pemisah cangkang tidak cepat mengalami kerusakan.
