Sementara kadar air yang dimiliki minyak setelah keluar dari vacuum oil dryer harus kurang dari 0.20 persen. Untuk mendapatkan hasil tersebut, komponen dalam mesin seperti vacuum pump atau ejector steam harus dalam kondisi baik. Maka dari itu servis vacuum oil dryer perlu dilakukan apabila vacuum ditemukan tidak bisa menghisap.
