Sprocket sendiri merupakan roda bergerigi yang berpasangan dengan rantai, track, atau benda panjang yang bergerigi lainnya. Sedangkan untuk roller chain sprocket pabrik sawit sangat dibutuhkan dalam produksi kelapa sawit nantinya. Jika tidak, akan menghambat kerja lori dan proses produksi tidak akan berjalan dengan baik. Sprocket memiliki banyak jenis, dengan berbagai jumlah gigi. Semua jenis tersebut memiliki fungsi yang sama, namun kapasitas penggunaannya saja yang berbeda.
- Rope drum untuk wirerope crane pabrik sawit
Rope drum atau drum tali, akan berfungsi ketika rubber crane bekerja dengan menggunakan gerakan hoist. Gerakan hoist merupakan gerakan naik turun, untuk mengangkat dan menurunkan muatan. Cara kerjanya, dengan menjepitkan muatan pada spreader yang ikat oleh wire rope. Wirerope akan digulung oleh rope drum, dimana rope drum akan digerakkan oleh elektromotor.
- Travel wheel gear dan plain untuk crane pabrik sawit
Travel wheel gear secara umum berfungsi untuk meneruskan putaran dari poros penggerak ke poros yang digerakkan. Roda gigi ini juga dapat memindahkan cairan dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain.. Travel wheel gear pada crane bekerja pada gerakan longitudinal. Gerakan longitudinal merupakan gerakan memanjang pada rel besi yang terletak pada permukaan yang dilakukan melalui travel wheel gear. Roda akan bergerak secara maju mundur ke arah yang di inginkan.
Hal ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan para pekerja saat akan melakukan proses produksi terhadapat kelapa sawit. Karena proses terbaik akan sangat di butuhkan guna mendapatkan hasil terbaik pula. Nantinya semua tujuan tersebut akan menjadi pemasukan yang baik bagi setiap pabrik atau perusahaan. Mengingat pangsa pasar bagi usaha jenis ini kedapannya akan semakin terbuka lebar.
Itulah komponen- komponen dalam crane yang sangat penting. Crane dapat berjalan dengan baik ketika semua komponen tersebut semuanya berfungsi dan performanya baik. Jika salah satu saja komponen tersebut rusak atau performa tidak baik, kemungkinan besar crane tidak akan berfungsi. Karena komponen- komponen tersebut saling bergantung sama lain.
