Selain itu alat ini juga digunakan untuk tepung tepungan sebagai obat atau herbal. Tentunya pengeringan dengan vacuum tersebut memiliki manfaat bagi kelayakan produk.
Mesin vacuum dryer kelapa sawit menggunakan system pemanasan dengan menggunakan metode vacuum terhadap suhu yang rendah. Proses pemanasan biasa suhu titik didih bahan bisa mencapai hingga titik yang sangat tinggi. Hal in diakibatkan karena hasil pemanasan bahan akan kurang maksimal serta dapat mengakibatkan gosong.
Proses yang panjang untuk menjadikan minyak mentah kelapa sawit memang membutuhkan proses yang sangat beragam. Dengan pengembangan kelapa sawit yang semakin dikelola dengan baik in tentunya akan membuat palm oil mill community yang bisa menjaga dengan baik oil purifier system and process. Sehingga vacuum oil dalam mengolah kelapa sawit yang ada masing masing tempat pemrosesannya.
Cara Pengolahan Produk dengan Vacuum Dryer
Proses pengolahan produk produk ini masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan pemanasan terhadap tekanan 70 hingga 65 cm Hg. Suhu tersebut diterapkan terhadap proses pengolahan bahan bahan yaotu 85 hingga 90 dengan indikator kematangannya menggunakan kaca pengintai yang jernih serta gelembung air dilemari telah hampir habis. Gelembungnya juga akan terlihat kecil dan merata.
Mesin ini juga dilengkapi dengan bak atau kolam pendingin yang memiliki fungsi untuk dapat mendinginkan kinerja pompa secara terus menerus untuk melakukan perendaman. Adanya kolam pendingin ini tentunya juga akan membantu kinerja pompa sehingga membuat mesin tetap terjaga lebih awet dan terjaga. Sistem peletakan produk terhadap vacuum ini juga dilengkpai dengan mengguankan system rak di dalamnya.
Sistem rak tersebut terbuat dengan bentuk rak berlubang serta rak tanpa lubang. Rak berlubang biasanya untuk produk yang memiliki dimensi yang sedikit besar, sementara untuk rak yang tidak memiliki lubang biasanya juga akan dibuat dari produk produk biji bijian atau tepung. Nah proses kelapa sawit ini memang membutuhkan waktu yang panjang dan tidak bisa langsung menjadi minyak kelapa sawit yang biasa dijual di pasaran.
Ternyata proses untuk menjadi sebuah minyak mentah hingga lahirnya menjadi minyak kelapa memang sangat beragam dan memerlukan waktu yang tidak sebentar.
